Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich w/tomatoes
Snack: Bellavita blueberry crisps – immediately made my tummy very uncomfortable
Dinner: Quinoa/vegetable blend
Snack: a bit of spaghetti – too much, I know, but I was hungry and didn’t have any yogurt or trail mix, or anything snacky in the house

Lunch: Pork chop, mixed veggies (beans, peas, zucchini, carrots), mac & cheese
Snack: Walnut/pecan/dried blueberry trail mix
Dinner: Whole wheat spaghetti, stir fry broccoli and spinach with a bit of spaghetti sauce and cheese
Snack: Popcorn

- Flat bread appetizer – not sure of what all was on it, bruschetta, lovely aged cheese, green leafy stuff
- Salad – greens with gorganzola cheese
- Meal – Pork Manque Choux, pork medallions on a bed of corn with a lovely sauce
- Hard cider

Dinner: Subway, oven roasted chicken breast w/cucumbers, spinach, cheese, tomatoes, a little Ranch
Late night snack: Stir fry (carrots, brussel sprouts, turkey, eggs, cheese, spinach) and ice cream… I know, I know.

Lunch: Cliff Bar (made me feel a bit shaky)
Snack: Cliff Bar
Dinner: Kwik trip chicken sandwich, chocolate chip cookies (started feeling a bit nauseous)
Dessert: Out for ice cream w/friend, Cherry Berry style, with fruit, lots of fruit (totally sicky poo)

Dinner: a stir fry pasta – shredded carrots, baby broccoli, shredded brussel sprouts, spinach fried up and mixed in with whole grain spaghetti. Very nice.

Dinner: went to the Black Horse and had a lovely greasy meal including cheese curds, onion rings, fries, and a Memphis burger (without the coleslaw – the cook forgot the coleslaw…)

Dinner: stir fry with shredded carrots, broccolini, shredded brussel sprouts, spinach, eggs, turkey, and swiss cheese. It was nummy. Dessert was key lime yogurt with pecans. Snacked on cherry tomatoes.
