Nada, zippo, nichts, nil, nothing.  Skipped Nanos because of a bit of a panic attack. Working out how to proceed. The mind isn’t where it needs to be.

All around bad week… starting again

Tuesday August 23
Walked 1+ miles (4 laps) at lunchtime

Nanos night:
EMOM 12 – as many situps as possible in 30 seconds and then as many shoulder-to-overhead lifts as possible in 20 seconds for 12 minutes.  Totals: approximately 60 situps and approximately 55 lifts of 35 lbs (1925 lbs?)
AMRAP 10 – 15 wall balls (went light at 6 lbs) and then 15 calorie row.  Lost count.  I think I did 3-1/2 rounds, but I’m not sure.  Either way I did enough.

Monday August 22

Having some trouble with lower back today and pain in my lower legs while I was walking. It was a fairly busy weekend, so holding back a little today.  But yes, I’ll go to Nanos tomorrow.

Not much of anything.  I did sleep in and take a nap later :o)

Tuesday August 16

Nanos night at Crossfit:

  • Tabata – pushups and situps
    • Do as many as possible in 20 seconds, rest 10 seconds, and another set for 20 seconds, etc, for 3  or so minutes, first pushups then situps – did a max of 13 pushups and 8 situps in 20 seconds; lowest was 8 pushups and 6 situps in 20 seconds.
  • AMRAP15 (as many rounds as possible for 15 minutes) – 15 goblet squats/15 ring rows
    • Did 6 full rounds (losing the kettlebell on the last two rounds for the goblet squats) + 15 squats

Doesn’t sound like too much, but yikes!  Shoulders, arms, legs – all good workout

Not a darn thing. Walked at work but just for basic work, not measured.  Pretty sure tomorrow will be just as darn lazy.

Walked 2+ miles (7 laps) at lunchtime

  • Still very sore but able to take longer strides.  Both hands and feet swelled during walk.

Nanos night, but I didn’t go – back is too sore.  Aiming for Tuesday next week.

  • Walking like an old woman, short choppy steps.  Lots of pain in lower back, hips, and shooting down legs.  Walking made my feet swell…

Nanos night at Crossfit:

  • 5 sets of 10 strict presses (did 3 sets at 25 lbs, 2 sets at 20 lbs, and 2 sets at 15 lbs)
  • Rowing/burpees combination: row for 1 calorie, do 1 burpee; row for 2 calories, do 2 burpees, etc, for 20 minutes.  Made it to 15, which equals a total of approximately 120 each, but I don’t think I did that many.  I’m not good at keeping count AND breathing at the same time.
